Refund and Return Policy
Our intent is always for each customer to be 100% satisfied with our pictures and products. We will always try to resolve any issue you have.
However, due to the fact that pictures can be easily copied or scanned once delivered, we are forced to limit refunds and returns to the following situations:
- Wrong team/class picture or individual received
- Defective Prints – off center, blurry, coloring
- Data entry error
- Poor Expression
Refunds will only be honored if presented to us within 30 days of delivery. You can expect a refund check within 14 days.
Please enclose a note when returning picture with the following information:
1. Name and mailing address
2. School or Organization these pictures were taken through
3. Reason for Refund
Pictures to be refunded are only accepted through the mail.
